Richard Pope is the President and CEO of Cambay's sister company, St. James Properties.

After a long and successful tenure with UK-based Taylor Woodrow,  Richard joined the Group as an investment partner in mid-2001 and is responsible for directing all residential homebuilding operations.   Richard, among the most respected and forward-thinking homebuilding leaders in the United States, brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and residential real estate industry to St. James.  Richard is also a key advisor to Cambay's River Islands at Lathrop project where he is responsible managing builder relations and ensuring quality neighborhood designs and land uses are executed to the highest standards.

Richard originates from the United Kingdom where he studied Civil Engineering and Technical Design, as well as Building Construction and Engineering.
