John Wilson, Vice President of The Cambay Group, Inc., has been with the company since its inception in 1990 and is responsible for Cambay's real estate-based telecom operations.  Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in commercial development, portfolio management and leasing.  Prior to heading up Cambay's telecom operations, John co-founded Chapman & Wilson, Inc. with Allan Chapman and prior to that was a principal at Richard Ellis, Inc., an institutional real estate investment advisor.

John also has commercial banking experience and began his real estate career as an associate appraiser and market analyst for Real Estate Research Corporation.  John holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of Michigan.
