Bill Scott is a Director and the Chief Financial Officer for The Cambay Group and has been with the company since its inception in 1990.  Bill has full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow across all of Cambay's United States operations and is also heavily involved in all acquisition and disposition activities of the Group.

Bill has a strong background in accounting and management of large residential development and commercial projects and prior to joining the Group, was responsible, as Controller for various real estate companies, for a wide array of operating entities including an eighteen hole championship golf course, a home building company, a land development company and a commercial property investment company.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
